---Information on Northrop Grumman Scholarship:This scholarship program is intended to support promising high school seniors who plan to pursue a career in an approved engineering program and who live in communities whereElectronic Systems is a major presence. High-technology companies across the nation, like Northrop Grumman, continue to face a critical shortage of specialized engineering personnel we need for our businesses. Through this scholarship effort, we hope to motivate some of the brightest and best students with a background and interest in math and science to consider the engineering professions.

---Scholarship Announcement...Seniors Apply! Gordon Sinclair was an active supporter of the educational mission of the AFCEA Orlando-Central Florida chapter and served as the Vice President for Education, Science, and Engineering Careers. In 2003, Gordon died in an accident in Iraq. Following his death, Titan Corporation donated $5,000 dollars to the chapter's scholarship fund and the chapter officers voted to name the fund in his honor - the Gordon Sinclair Memorial Scholarship Fund.Deadline for submission of application for 2013 is March 31, 2013.

Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs Methodology: These undergrad engineering programs were ranked solely on a peer assessment survey conducted in spring 2012. To appear on an undergraduate engineering survey, a school must have a program accredited by ABET. The programs below are schools whose highest engineering degree offered is a doctorate.
